This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel a booking with Sri Sithara and receive a refund. Bookings are made directly with us by phone or email, and any advance payment is also arranged directly with us at the time of booking.
1. Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us as early as possible by phone. The refund of any advance payment will depend on how far in advance you cancel:
• More than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund of any advance amount paid.
• 3 to 7 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the advance amount paid.
• Less than 3 days before the tour date: No refund of the advance amount.
2. Cancellation by Us
We may cancel or reschedule a tour due to adverse weather, unsafe river conditions, low water levels, government restrictions, mechanical issues, or insufficient number of participants. In such cases, you will be offered the choice of:
• A full refund of any amount paid, or
• An alternative date for the same tour package.
We will not be liable for any additional expenses you may have incurred (such as travel to the starting point).
3. No-Show
If you do not arrive at the reporting place at the agreed time on the tour date and have not informed us in advance, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
4. Partial Use
If you choose to leave the tour after it has started, or do not participate in part of the itinerary, no refund will be provided for the unused portion.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment wherever possible. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to reflect, depending on the payment method used. We will confirm the refund details with you when you cancel.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
