Sri Sithara is a private tourism boat operator offering Papikondalu, Badrachalam, Kolluru and Sirivaka tour packages based out of Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh, India. We are an independent, privately-owned business and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government tourism department or agency.
2. Use of This Website
This Site is provided for informational purposes to help you learn about our tour packages and contact us to make a booking. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
3. Bookings
All tour bookings are made by contacting us directly by phone or email. We do not offer an online booking or payment system through this website. When you contact us, we will confirm availability, the tour package, the price, the number of travellers and the date with you. A booking is confirmed only when we have acknowledged it and you have made any required advance payment as agreed with us.
4. Pricing
The prices shown on the Site (per adult and per child) are indicative and were correct at the time of publishing. Prices are subject to change. The final price for your booking will be confirmed with you at the time of booking. Children's rates generally apply to ages 3-10 years; infants may travel free at our discretion. Please confirm the applicable rate with us when booking.
5. Tour Itineraries
Tour itineraries, schedules, visiting places and timings published on the Site are indicative and may change due to weather, river conditions, water levels, traffic, temple timings or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the tour as described but reserve the right to alter the itinerary where necessary.
6. What Is Included
Unless otherwise stated for a specific package, the per-person price includes the boat journey, road transport where part of the itinerary, and meals as described on the relevant tour page. Items not explicitly listed (such as personal expenses, extra activities, or optional add-ons) are not included.
7. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, arriving on time at the reporting place, and following the instructions of our staff during the tour. You are responsible for your personal belongings. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
8. Health and Safety
Tour activities involve boat travel on a river and travel by road. You should assess your own fitness and health before booking. Please follow all safety instructions provided by our crew. Life jackets and safety equipment are provided on board. If you have a medical condition, please inform us at the time of booking so we can advise you appropriately.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Please review it before booking.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sri Sithara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or participation in a tour. Our liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount you paid us for the tour.

The Site embeds content from third parties such as YouTube and Google Maps. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.
